Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment clients must give two hours in advance to use current payment for a rescheduled appointment. All payments are non-refundable. If clients fail to follow this policy it will result in inability to transfer funds to a rescheduled appointment and a new payment will need to be made. Clients who do not book the shampoo service should come washed and dried. Failure to have a clean scalp will be an automatic cancellation with no refund of deposit.
